California property management firm modernizes core operating platform as it continues expanding its statewide residential management business

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — 21st Century Property Management announced today that it has completed a company-wide migration to Rentvine, establishing the platform as the company’s core property management operating system across its California portfolio.

The transition, which included a full migration of historical financial records, represents a significant investment in 21st Century Property Management’s operating infrastructure as the company continues to expand throughout California.
